[Press release] Visiblee announces $1.8M seed round and launch of US operations
Visiblee, the lead generation solution that identifies anonymous website visitors, announces $1.8M seed round and launch of US operations
Websummit Lisbon, November 10th 2016
Visiblee, the French SaaS lead generation solution, is announcing a seed round of $1.8M with investors based in Silicon Valley and France on the occasion of Websummit in Lisbon. The company is selected for the most advanced start-up program START.
Visiblee has developed a unique Machine Learning and Big Data technology to generate highly qualified leads for B2B companies by identifying anonymous visitors on their website and transforming them into clients.
The company is moving its headquarters to San Francisco and launching its US operations while maintaining R&D and European operations in Paris.
Notable participants in the late seed round are The Kick Club, managed by Cyril Grislain, Kima Ventures the Xavier Niel fund, the famous US accelerator 500 Startups and the San Francisco based super Business Angels Xavier Gury and Michel Meyer. Historic investor Venture Capital firm Newfund is also reinvesting.
B2B companies are investing heavily in Digital Marketing but are suffering from very low conversion rates. Less than 3% of website visitors will fill out a webform and become a lead. With Visiblee companies can generate three times as many leads from their websites, significantly increasing the ROI of their marketing budget. The solution uses Machine Learning techniques to analyze the visitor’s behavior, providing a score for each lead. Powerful webcrawlers add business and contact information resulting in complete and highly qualified leads.
Cyril Grislain, head of Kick Club, “While sales-improvement solutions are all over the place, those like Visbilee’s that are truly capable to deliver in a simple way indisputably measurable double-digit sales increases are very scarce.”
“It’s a major step for Visiblee. The US market is a huge opportunity, it is also very competitive and we are thrilled to bring our top notch solution to the best US enterprises” says Olivier Piscart, CEO of Visiblee.
